Today I would like to give you an insider tip for staying overnight if you travel in a larger group or if you want to make a celebration, for example bachelor party
In the hotel zone of Cancún you will find a beautiful house at kilometer 8, directly at the beach. The house is located in an exclusive security zone with a doorman and is monitored 24 hours a day. To begin with, for me it is one of the most beautiful vacation homes I have seen in my life so far.
The house
The house was completely renovated in 2019 and has a very modern style. On entering the house you will find a small courtyard where you can also park your car. From the courtyard you can go directly to the garden or to the beach. When you enter the house, you will find yourself in an entrance hall from which you can access 5 bedrooms, the living room and a guest toilet.
The living room is connected to the master bedroom, the dining area and the kitchen. From the living room you have an incredible view of the white beach and the blue Caribbean Sea. Furthermore you can reach the pool and the Jacuzzi directly from the living room. You can even let yourself fall directly into the pool from the dining area, through the large sliding doors.
The rooms
The house is designed for a total of 16 people. It has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms and 1 bedroom for a service person.
The 5 bedrooms are equipped with new mini-split air conditioners and also have a ceiling fan.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper, so you don’t have to take care of this yourself.
4 of the bedrooms have direct sea view.
The dining area
In the dining area there is a large square table with 12 chairs where you can eat together. From the dining table you have a view of the pool, the white beach and the blue sea.
The living room
The living room is directly connected to the dining area and is equipped with a comfortable sofa. There is also a smart TV connected to the Internet, which allows you to watch Netflix, etc. directly.
The kitchen
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. In addition, the kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, a water dispenser that provides both hot and cold water, a microwave, an oven, a gas hob with 5 cooking surfaces, a toaster, a mixer, a coffee machine and a cool box for the beach.
Parking facilities
The house has 4 exclusive parking spaces, 2 covered parking space is located in the courtyard of the house and two more covered parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. Additionally there are umpteen other parking possibilities at the street in front of the house.
The garden / The terrace
In the garden there are some small green areas, a terrace with sitting area, sofas and tables directly at the pool. Next to the Jacuzzi there is a big table with a small bar, like a grill, for a perfect barbecue with friends and family.
At the pool there are 4 comfortable loungers and at the Jacuzzi there are 2 more loungers. The pool and the jacuzzi are both heatable on request. In the evening the pool is automatically illuminated and the jacuzzi can be illuminated with the light in your desired color. This can be controlled by a switch in the house.
From the terrace you have direct access to the beach. At the door to the beach there is a shower where you can shower off the sand and salt water before taking a bath in the jacuzzi or pool.
The beach
The white beach is directly at the house and can be entered through a small door at the terrace. The beach section is one of the most beautiful beach sections of Cancún, because here the water shines in different shades of blue and there are no waves. The sea here is very calm and perfect for water skiing or other water sports. The fine white sandy beach invites you to relax, but also a sunshade, two large beach beds and two beach chairs are provided. From the beach you can see Isla Mujeres.
The security
The house is located in a protected zone that is monitored 24 hours a day. Thus, one can only enter this zone after prior notification to the gatekeeper, all accesses are recorded on camera. In addition, there is a 24-hour patrol service both in the zone and on the beach. Herewith perfect security is always ensured.
The rules
That the house is located in an exclusive zone, of course some rules must be observed. Celebrations are allowed, but they should be kept within limits and after 10 pm you should give the other residents the opportunity to rest and try not to bother them with loud music. Listening to music at a comfortable volume is of course still allowed. In the house a large portable Bluetooth loudspeaker is made available, which one can also take to the beach.
The special services
The property manager himself provides cleaning staff and a janitor. During the stay the rooms are cleaned daily and the pool and Jacuzzi are cleaned if necessary. If a weekly complete cleaning of the rooms and the outside area should be wished, then this can be booked by an extra charge in addition.
A washing machine with dryer is also provided, which can be used if necessary. A washing kit with the necessary utensils is also available.

The location
The house is located, as already mentioned, in an exclusive zone in Cancun in the hotel zone at kilometer 8, opposite a Pemex gas station.
There is a GoMart right next to the Pemex gas station where you can quickly go for small purchases. There are also a few small fast food restaurants like SushiGo and Subway, as well as a money exchange office.
